How we work

What “matching a pump to a machine” means to us

A vacuum pump is one component on a machine, and a wrong selection tends to show up on the whole machine: too little capacity stretches the cycle, an undersized line cannot hold the part, and oil in the exhaust contaminates the station. That is why selection comes before manufacture. We establish the required pumping speed, the working vacuum level, the gas handled, the dust and corrosion conditions, the duty cycle and the power supply, and only then settle the model.

Quality and delivery

  • Figures come from the datasheet. Pumping speed, motor power, ultimate pressure, weight and dimensions are quoted as published, not estimated.
  • Checked item by item before delivery. Voltage, frequency and port configuration are confirmed against the order; for 60 Hz regions the suitable model is confirmed before the order is taken.
  • Drawings and installation conditions. Outline and confirmation drawings are provided with the order so that the machine builder can allow space and plan the piping.

Service

  • At selection stage, a model recommendation and configuration direction (filtration, condensation, receiver, line bore) based on the duty.
  • In service, maintenance guidance: change filter elements on differential pressure, follow the trend of capacity and vacuum level, renew wear parts as required.
  • Spare parts and technical support are matched to the ordered model, to keep downtime short.

Where we stand

We do not inflate figures, and we do not give a blanket promise for a duty we cannot meet. Where the duty is outside what we build, we say so; where it can be met, the conditions are agreed before the order.
