DPL-2V18 Two-Stage Oil-Sealed Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump 17 m³/h

The DPL-2V18 is a two-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pump with a rated pumping speed of 17 m³/h (50Hz) and 20.4 m³/h (60Hz). It uses a 0.55 kW motor and is powered by single-phase 220V or three-phase 380V. Rated speed is 1440 / 1720 r/min (50/60Hz). The unit weighs 39 kg and measures 564 × 171 × 251 mm.

Ultimate pressure is 1×10⁻³ mbar with gas ballast off and 1.5×10⁻² mbar with gas ballast on. The inlet is NW25, and the outlet is a 15 mm OD nozzle (removable from a 3/4″ BSP threaded port). Noise is 57 dB(A), oil capacity is 0.75–1.05 L, and ambient operating temperature is 0 ℃ to 40 ℃.

The two-stage design brings ultimate pressure into the 10⁻³ mbar range. It is suitable for pharmaceutical freeze drying, optical coating, refrigeration leak detection, scientific instruments, and other applications that require higher vacuum levels. It is also commonly used as a backing pump for Roots pumps.

Pumped media are limited to clean air and other dry, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and non-explosive gases. Confirm before ordering if 60Hz operation or special oil is required.

Pumping speed, port connections, voltage, and accessory configuration can be adjusted to the order conditions. Technical parameters are subject to the product documentation. Before selecting a model, please send us your pumping speed requirements, target vacuum level, gas type, and site voltage for confirmation.
