V0025A - V0100 Single-stage Oil-sealed Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

V0025A through V0100 is the small-capacity end of the single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane range. All four models share one structure: an eccentric rotor drives the vanes around the pump chamber, oil seals the clearances and carries the compression heat away.

Capacity runs from 20 to 110 m³/h at 50 Hz with motors from 0.75 to 3.0 kW. The V0025A comes as standard with a single-phase 220/240 V motor and is also available in three-phase 380/415 V; from the V0040A upwards the motors are three-phase 220/240 V or 380/415 V, with no single-phase 220 V version.

Ultimate vacuum is 0.5 mbar on the V0025A, and 0.1 mbar with the gas ballast closed or 0.5 mbar with it open on the V0040A, V0063 and V0100.

Typical duty is continuous pumping in the rough range: vacuum packaging, thermoforming, vacuum holding and fixtures, impregnation and degassing, vacuum drying and concentration. These processes move a lot of gas and do not need a hard vacuum, but dust and moisture must be handled.

Installation notes: fit an inlet filter, add a cyclone pre-separator where dust is heavy, keep the gas ballast open when the pumped gas carries water vapour, and fit an oil mist separator on the exhaust. During continuous operation the V0100 working pressure must stay below -300 mbar gauge; ambient temperature 0 - 35 °C.
