V0155 Single-stage Oil-sealed Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

The V0155 sits in the middle of the single-stage oil-sealed range: 150 m³/h at 50 Hz and 175 m³/h at 60 Hz, a 4.0 kW motor, 0.3 mbar ultimate vacuum with the gas ballast closed and 0.5 mbar with it open. Both ports are G2", one size above the small-capacity models, so pressure loss matters less on long pipe runs.

Three-phase 220/240 V and 380/415 V are both available; there is no single-phase version. At 108 kg and 790 mm long, the pump can be floor mounted or set on vibration pads.

Typical uses: vacuum packaging and food processing, thermoforming (vacuum, pressure and foam forming), degassing, impregnation and concentration, vacuum holding and lifting. Working pressure during continuous operation must stay below -300 mbar gauge, ambient 0 - 35 °C.

The pump ships with 4 L of oil. Change interval depends on how clean the pumped gas is; dusty or damp duty shortens it. Replace the oil as soon as it emulsifies or darkens, and clean the mist separator element at the same time.
