V0160 - V0302 Single-stage Oil-sealed Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

This is the high-capacity end of the single-stage oil-sealed range: five models covering 160 to 340 m³/h at 50 Hz. The structure is the same throughout; chamber size and motor size differ. The V0160 uses 4 kW, the V0202 and V0250 use 5.5 kW, the V0302 uses 7.5 kW.

The V300B is the short-body version of this group: 280 m³/h, 5.5 kW, 0.08 mbar ultimate vacuum, 1100 mm long, so it fits inside packaged equipment where a longer pump would not.

Selection boundaries: for 160 - 250 m³/h where gas volume is the main concern, choose V0160, V0202 or V0250; where a 0.1 mbar class vacuum is needed, choose V0160 or V0202; where space is tight but around 280 m³/h is required, choose V300B.

Common operating conditions: working pressure below -300 mbar gauge during continuous running, ambient 0 - 35 °C, an inlet filter where the gas carries dust, gas ballast plus an exhaust mist separator where it carries water vapour. Ultimate vacuum falls back once the ballast is open — that is normal.
