V0630B Single-stage Oil-sealed Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

The V0630B is the larger single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane model: 630 m³/h at 50 Hz, a 15 kW motor, DN100 inlet and 660 kg total weight.

Three gas ballast settings define how it is operated: 0.1 mbar ultimate pressure with the ballast closed, 0.8 mbar on single ballast and 2 mbar on double ballast. Run closed on clean dry gas, single ballast when the gas carries a little water vapour, and double ballast when the moisture load is high or the process itself needs a higher working pressure, so the oil does not emulsify.

Oil capacity is 22 L and noise 74 dB(A). The pump measures 1500 × 900 × 754 mm; check foundations and doorways against that envelope, allow for the 660 kg weight with feet or damping pads, and leave room for lifting and service access.

Typical duty covers roughing of large chambers, backing of coating lines, vacuum distillation and concentration, large packaging lines and single-pump duty in central vacuum stations.
