DPL-WSU2000 is a Roots vacuum pump. At 50Hz the pumping speed is 2050 m³/h, the motor is 7.5 kW, the speed is 3000 r/min (3600 r/min at 60Hz), the connection flange is DN160 ISO-K, the max permitted differential pressure is 50 mbar, and the unit weighs approx. 400 kg.
Noise is 72–77 dB(A), ambient operating temperature is 0 ℃～40 ℃. A Roots pump cannot discharge gas to atmosphere on its own. It must be used in series with a backing pump (rotary vane pump, claw pump, etc.) as a pump system.
Pumps with a bypass valve suit any inlet pressure. They can be used in vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum drying, central vacuum systems and other applications that need high pumping speed.
For selection, check the backing pump speed, the target working pressure and the process gas composition. Control cabinets and piping can be supplied with the system. Please ask for a quotation to confirm the configuration.
