DPL-ZS150 Dry Claw Vacuum Pump 140 m³/h

DPL-ZS150 is a dry claw vacuum pump. Rated pumping speed is 140 m³/h (50Hz) and 175 m³/h (60Hz). Motor power is 3.5 kW (60Hz 4.8 kW). Power supply is three-phase 380V / 220V. Speed is 2950 / 3600 r/min. The unit weighs 185 kg and measures 1030 × 430 × 410 mm. Inlet is a G2″ flange connection.

Ultimate vacuum is 60 mbar. Only the synchronizing gearbox uses 0.85 L of lubricating oil. The pump chamber is oil-free throughout. The pumping process does not carry oil mist into the process line. Noise is 75–79 dB(A). Ambient operating temperature is 0 ℃ to 40 ℃.

Suitable for food packaging, CNC, woodworking panel holding, medical device negative pressure, printing paper feed holding, clean pumping for lithium batteries, oil-free negative pressure conveying in chemical processes, vacuum holding for electronic components, and other working conditions where oil contamination of workpieces is not permitted.

Dry pump exhaust temperature is relatively high. Consider condensation and heat dissipation in piping design. Please contact us for pricing and confirmation of 60Hz versions, anti-corrosion coatings and other configurations.

Pumping speed, connections, voltage and accessory configurations can be adjusted to the order conditions. Technical parameters are subject to product documentation. Before selection, send us your pumping speed requirements, target vacuum level, gas type and site voltage for confirmation.
