DPL-ZS300 is a dry claw vacuum pump. At 50Hz, the pumping speed is 300 m³/h, motor power is 6.8 kW, and speed is 3000 r/min. The total weight is 300 kg, dimensions are 940 × 500 × 650 mm, and the inlet is G2″.
Ultimate vacuum is 150 mbar. The timing gearbox is filled with 1.5 L lubricating oil. The pump chamber is oil-free, and the exhaust contains no oil mist. Noise is 75–79 dB(A), and ambient operating temperature is 0 °C to 40 °C.
It is used in vacuum forming, food packaging machinery, chemical machinery, rubber and plastic machinery, woodworking machinery, semiconductor manufacturing, medical equipment, and other industrial equipment.
